Methods and products to support your spring clean up

Spring is an amazing time of awakening our energies and becoming more active in many ways. One of the primary methods Dr Hulda Clark advocates is” prevention is better than cure”. We all experience different maladies at different times in our lives;  ensuring we have a sound method of prevention is always advisable and prudent. Knowing what simple methods to make use of to avoid illness and complication is complex and most time confusing to say the least. This month I wanted to arm you with as much information possible to ensure you remain healthy and avoid any unnecessary complications whilst preparing for the warm months ahead.


After long hours working at a desk, winter indoor activities like TV watching and limited movement, spring brings back the need to move and enjoy the sunshine and warm weather. It need not be a full blown gym regime, merely a good brisk walk in your neigbourhood, park or even around your garden.  Practice mindful walking which entails being present in your walk and not allowing your mind to fixate on all your struggles or stresses.
